How much space is required for chair massage?

Only a small space of 10′ x 10′ area is needed for a single set up of the massage chair and to have enough room to move around comfortably.

Do I remove any clothing for a chair massage?

No. A chair massage is done fully clothed. Heavy jackets or sweaters should be removed to obtain the full benefit of the massage.

Can I request a targeted massage area from my chair massage practitioner?

Absolutely! Just let us know what your target areas are before we begin.

Are there medical conditions that would prevent me from having a massage?

Yes. Please inform your massage practitioner of any acute or ongoing health conditions before the chair massage.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

No refunds will be provided for deposits or cancellations received less than 24 hours before a scheduled event. Cancellations received 3 days or more before a scheduled appointment are eligible for a 75% refund, and cancellations received less than 3 days before a scheduled appointment are eligible for a 50% refund.

How far in advance should I book?

For smaller events with one or two massage practitioners in larger cities, a minimal advance booking of 2 weeks is preferred. However, for larger events and events in remote areas or multiple cities, we appreciate a minimum of one month advance notice in order to offer you our premium team members.

How it works

Prior to each session, participants are asked a few questions to confirm the service is appropriate for them that day. The chair is adjusted to ensure proper support, comfort, and ergonomic positioning.

Health, safety, and professionalism are central to every event. The massage chair is thoroughly disinfected between each session, and a fresh face cradle cover is used for every participant to maintain strict hygiene standards.
